I understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure I can continue to provide the best service to all clients, I kindly ask that you review and adhere to this cancellation policy: • Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 25% fee of the service cost or loss of deposit, whichever is greater. • No-shows or cancellations made without prior notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Appointments booked online will require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit holds your appointment, should you reschedule your appointment prior to the 48 hour cancellation window the full amount of your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled time. Every appointment supports a dream. As a solo beauty professional, last-minute cancellations disrupt my schedule and income, making it harder to continue delivering the personalized care you deserve.
